How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day.! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the memories. I have a very laid back wedding style, I want the process to be as easy for you as it can be while ensuring you have the moments you'd like to keep.
How many pictures will we receive?
Typically it varies based on the length of your session. I aim to send back at least 20 in your gallery but I pride myself on editing as many as can be edited which is usually a good bit more. 20 is typically in a 10-15 minute session. I go with quality over quantity because I want to ensure you have the best pictures possible.
Where are you based and where do you travel?
I am based in Dillon, SC. I tend to stay within the surrounding states but will travel further for the cost of travel and lodging.
When will we receive our pictures?
Turn around time for regular sessions is approximately one week, if that time frame changes, I will communicate that with you. Sessions such as maternity, and senior portraits take approximately 2 weeks, and if the session is part of an event, they'll be returned within 6 weeks. Wedding galleries will be received in 6 weeks.
But what will we wear?
I can provide styling guides to assist with outfit choices, especially popular trends and color patterns that are current and based on location. They are just templates for you to base off of. Sometimes I will provide specific outfit choices such as instances where we are shooting for a promotion. Otherwise what I really want is for you to be comfortable in what you're wearing. When you aren't, it shows in your pictures.
What is the questionnaire for?
Starting in 2026, I'll be sending out contracts and questionnaires to all clients. The contract is self explanatory but the questionnaire will be for your specific session. It will help me get to know you and your family before the session so that when we arrive at the day of your session, I am prepared to help it go smoothly. Because let's face it, every kid (and adult) is different and have different interests and it helps to get to know everyone.
